The Trustees

The VCM is governed by a board of 6 trustees. The trustees meet every year alternatively in Europe or in Asia.

New trustees

Other museums may be invited to join the board of trustees as well. Acceptance of new trustees is a decision to be taken by the board of trustees. New trustees will have to sign on to this Memorandum of Understanding and make an annual contribution of € 10.000 to the project funds.

Minutes of the Board of Trustees

The Trustee Board meets yearly to consider issues of strategic significance and to review progress against the VCM's Action Plan. The minutes of Board meetings will be posted here after they have been approved by the Trustees.
