In order to promote the venue of new Chinese museums in 2010 and to attract more Chinese visitors, 82 descriptions of Chinese masterpieces have been translated in Chinese by a group of Chinese volunteers, initiated by Tiedong Yang, a researcher at the Digital Media Centre in Dublin and consultant on Chinese affairs for the VCM since March 2010.
