The Kyung Hee University Hye Jung Museum is Korea’s first and largest museum exclusively established for the collection and display of antique maps. The collection, which includes antique maps and atlases produced in the West from the 16th century to the 20th century, historical data related to antique maps, and documents not only covering Korea but also neighboring countries, is quite precious and valuable. The Kyung Hee University Hye Jung Museum will continue to work to become the central research organization for studying the history, geography, and culture of Korea, as well as neighboring countries, and provide an excellent educational space for experts, students, and the general public to learn about Korean history through exhibitions.
