From a political historical point of view the medal is of high importance.

History of the Object
The State Hero’s Golden Star medal was approved by the 91st Resolution, introduced by M.R. Baga Khural (the then Lower House), on the 17th October of 1945. The design of the medal was drawn by Choidog, a state renowned artist. This golden star medal has five diamonds. The Number 24 Golden Star Medal was given to Khayankhyarvaa Darjaa, who was participating in the Khalkh Gols war in 1939, by order of the National Ikh Khural on the 18th of August 1969.
