The finest dolomite stone carving can only be found in Myanmar and India. This is an excellent example.

History of the Object
Eight events in the Buddha's life are presented in the skillfully carved sculpture. At the centre under the arch is a relief sculpture of the Buddha winning victory over the warriors of Mara.
