The coat is unique for its material - silk and cotton fabric “adras”, as well as for the rare design of a regularly repeated pattern of “tovuz” – “peacock”, and exceptional colour scheme.

History of the Object
The coat might have been worn as a festive garment by an Uzbek man of Tashkent region.
