The ornament is relatively big and it has a perfect shape. High quality material was used and fine workmanship applied. Therefore, it is very rare and has a high value for culture relics research.

History of the Object
In ancient periods, jade ornaments represented the mythology and religion of the time. The shape of the ornament is a combination of a pig and a dragon. Pigs were kept as livestock and in mythology were connected to water. The dragon was the God of Rain. So, the combination of both was used when people prayed for rain. It was unearthed in Inner Mongolia.
