This is a rare chime. It has a beautiful shape and a clear inscription. The shape of the chime has become a characteristic symbol of the Nguyen Dynasty in the 19th and early 20th century.

History of the Object
Chimes or bells were used in religious ceremonies, especially Buddhist ceremonies. Their sound wakes up the believers' mind while praying to Buddha. It is an example of religious rituals under the Nguyen Dynasty in the 19th Century.
