The camel is crouching. This kind of camel can be found in the desert of Xinjiang. The camel looks at the horizon .There are rivet holes in its mouth, hump and legs. On the back residual rust remains. It is a special piece.

History of the Object
The Ancient City of Jiaohe lies West of Turpan. It has a history of 2,300 years and lies between two rivers. In the Western Han Dynasty, the city served as the capital of the Ancient State of Cheshi, one of the 36 kingdoms in the Western Regions.
